Bone Broth~  for beautiful skin, hair and your gut!



1-2 lbs. of chicken bones or beef *(preferably organic, pasture raised, grass-fed, etc.)

6-7 qts of filtered water

2 onions

3 carrots

2 celery stalks

2-3 sprigs of thyme

1/4 bunch of parsley

2 bay leaves

1 tbsp of peppercorns

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (braggs)

Sea veggies

Sea salt



Bring to a boil then turn down to med-low and simmer for 6-8 hours. As water boils down add more.  Then take potato masher and crush bones if chicken bones. If beef make sure all the marrow is out of center and stir it into the broth.  Then simmer for 4 more hours.  Let cool, then strain and let congeal over night.  Skim off fat and save for cooking.  Freeze some and save some to sip throughout the week. 




*If using beef bones roast the bones for 30 minutes at 350 degrees first.
