Elderberry Syrup~because who wants the flu
1 cup Organic Elderberry juice
1 tsp of fresh ginger juice
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of clove
1 tsp of raw honey
Warm the first four ingredients on the stove to just enough that you can pull off the stove and add honey so that it melts and can be well blended.
Standard dose is 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp for kids and 1 tbsp for adults once a day during the week. If you do start to feel under the weather, like the flu coming on, take standard dose every 2-3 hours until you are well again. Store in fridge.
