Sometimes we need to just stand still and let time pass for a day. We need to turn off all electronics and give our brains some rest. Like back in the day when people sat on their swing on the front porch and just swang. Do nothing. Curl up on the sofa and read a book. Lay in the hammock. Sit around a fire in the backyard and tell stories.
Crawl back into bed and sleep for the day.
Forget laundry, errands, bills, work. Yeah I said work. Go ahead. Take a day and recoup. Your body and your brain will thank you!
